1. Introduction Loulou is a mobile application designed to record the words spoken by your babies and children. We take the privacy of your data very seriously, especially concerning children.

2. Data Collected Loulou does not collect any personal data. The application operates entirely offline. All the data you create (words, audio recordings, emojis) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or to third parties.

3. Audio Recordings The application requests microphone access solely to record words directly within the app. These recordings:

• Are stored exclusively on your device
• Are never sent over the Internet
• Are never shared with third parties
• Can be deleted at any time from within the application

4. Data Shared with Third Parties No data is shared with third parties. Loulou does not integrate any analytics tools, advertisements, or tracking SDKs.

5. Children Loulou is designed to be used by parents or by children accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is a kids' mode, where the child only has access to listening to the sounds. The application does not collect any information that could identify a child.

6. Security Since no data is transmitted outside your device, there is no risk related to a server-side data leak.

• Delete all words and recordings from within the application
• Disable microphone access in your iPhone settings
